<p>Women start &#038; stop exercise programs all the time &#8211; &#038; those people are always the first to complain &#8220;I can never get my butt to look firm and toned.&#8221;</p>
<p>Getting a super sexy butt and firmly sculpted thighs is not working out for a few weeks, or even a few months, and then stopping &#8211; it just doesn&#8217;t work that way. You must be consistent with the proper butt and thigh exercises to achieve the look you want.</p>
